Whistleblowing Reporting
The Qatar Financial Centre Authority (the “Authority”) is committed to applying the highest international standards in transparency, professionalism, and accountability. Accordingly, we encourage our stakeholders to report, in good faith and with transparency, any concerns regarding suspicious or unlawful practices carried out by our employees or by individuals or entities acting on behalf of the Authority. The Authority undertakes to review all reports submitted in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

Confidentiality
All whistleblowing channels provide the option to report anonymously. However, choosing to remain anonymous may make it more difficult for the Authority to contact the reporter if additional information is required for the investigation.
The Authority will take all reasonable steps and measures to ensure confidentiality and to protect the identity of the reporter if personal details are provided.
